Teeth whitening at home

A brighter smile, supervised by a dentist, without the clinic visit. We only whiten a mouth that's healthy first.

How it works

After a check-up and clean, we take impressions for custom trays and supply a dentist-grade whitening gel. The patient wears the trays at home over a couple of weeks; we check progress and sensitivity.

Who it's for

Adults with healthy teeth and gums. Whitening doesn't change the colour of crowns, fillings or dentures, so we'll be honest if the result wouldn't be what you're hoping for.

Safety

Only a registered dentist can legally supply whitening products at effective strength in Ireland. Kits bought online are either too weak to work or unsafe.

Common questions

Will it make my teeth sensitive?

Some people get short-lived sensitivity. We adjust the schedule and can supply a desensitising gel.

How long does it last?

Typically one to three years depending on tea, coffee and smoking. Top-up gel can be supplied.
